Can I see your specialists directly without a referral letter from a general practitioner?

Yes.  Our specialist welcome any patients with or without a referral letter to book a consultation. However many insurance plans will require a referral letter from a general practitioner before you can see a specialist. Please call and ask your insurance coverage or call us at 2157-0888 and see if we can help 

What should I expect on my first consultation?

When you first arrive, you will be registered at our reception, and will need to fill in a Patient Information Form. After a short wait (to enjoy our cookies and beverages) you will be led to the doctors’ room. We allot each consultation time to a 30 minute slot, however running over this time limit is fairly normal as our doctors like to be thorough and make sure all your problems have been answered before you leave. We hope you understand this during your wait and we thank you for your patience.

What do I need to bring to the consultation?

Please bring along the following items if applicable
HKID or Passport
Insurance Card
Any past relevant medical reports
Any past relevant imaging films (MRI,CT,X-Rays)  

Do I need to bring a change of clothes for any physical examination?

No, our clinic is fully stocked with gowns, shorts and slippers for you to change into. Just one less thing for you to worry about.

What type of payment methods do you accept?

We accept EPS, VISA, Master Card, American Express, Union Pay and cash. Unfortunately at this point we do not accept cheques, sorry for any inconveniences.

Does your clinic provide X-ray, MRI and CT scan service?

Our clinic offers on-site X-Ray imaging, which can be done and processed instantly. Which means our doctors will be able to have a primary screening with x-ray on your very first visit.
